By commissioning Rae Chuu, you acknowledge that you have read and will abide by the following terms of service.— Subject to Change | Last Changed (April 26, 2024)

‣ You are aware that you are purchasing digital goods that do not require physical shipping.
‣ The commission prices stated are purely for personal use. If you are planning to print them, advertise them, use for merch, etc then please mention this as the price will be adjusted.
‣ I have retain full rights to the commission and will post and include it onto my portfolio. If you do not wish for it to be posted please mention it during discussion.
‣ A complete character image or a reference sheet is required. I do not accept moodboards or text to visualise a character unless they are just adding certain accessories, changing clothes etc.PERSONAL USAGE | DO'S & DON'TS
‣ All commissions come with a personal usage license. This means you are able to:
✔ Use the commission as a profile picture/banner.
✔ Repost the artwork on social media, however credit to my twitter account is required.
✔ Use the commission on your broadcasting platforms. I do not charge a streaming price unless stated otherwise.‣ You are not however allowed to do this under the personal usage license:
✘ Use the artwork commercially such as generate any sort of money from them.
✘ Print, distribute or sell the artwork unless you have purchased the commercial license.
✘ Use as a game asset, book asset, etc
✘ Remove any watermarks, claim or modify the work.
✘ Use the artwork on any AI-Related programs or as NFTS under any circumstances.If you are unsure on what licensing entails, please contact me!PAYMENTS
‣ Paypal is currently the only method of payment that I will be accepting at this point in time!
‣ Invoices must be paid within 72 hours upon receiving the invoice unless informed prior that this is not possible, if this is not met the commission may be cancelled.REVISIONS
‣ Revisions should only be done during the "Sketch" Phase. Commissioners have a max amount of 3 revisions during the sketch phase, additional changes will be charged accordingly.
‣ Once the commissioner has approved for me to start lining & colouring, only the colour can be changed and not the linework.
‣ YCH Type Commissions have NO REVISIONS. This is to ensure a quick turn around time, the final file will be delivered straight to your email.DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
‣ Once the commission has been accepted, I will aim to complete the commission within 1 day - 4 weeks after you've received the first sketch.
‣ Client commission position can be viewed on my Trello. If I cannot complete it within the designated timeframe, I will ensure to get in contact with any delays to the client.
‣ A rush fee option is available, however it will cost 75% of the commission and the deadline will depend on how much work is being completed.REFUNDS
‣ There will be no refunds from the client side whatsoever.
‣ A refund will only happen in the case that I am unable to complete your commission and have not yet started the commission within 2 months.
‣ I reserve the right to cancel the commission if I deem that the client is behaving inappropriately or violates the TOS.If you have managed to read up to this point, I hope you know I truly appreciate you and hope we can work together ♡
